1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ApexShield App, website, or installing our Sentinel hardware, you agree to be bound by these Terms. ApexShield (RC: 9438148) reserves the right to modify these protocols at any time to enhance community safety.

2. Surveillance & Privacy

The ApexShield "4-Eyed" Sentinel is designed for perimeter security. Users are prohibited from using the hardware to intentionally infringe upon the reasonable expectation of privacy of neighbors. ApexShield is not liable for misuse of video data by homeowners.

3. Limitation of Liability

While ApexShield provides tools to deter and detect crime, we do not guarantee the prevention of all criminal acts. ApexShield and its vetted responders are not a replacement for the Nigeria Police Force. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from criminal activity or response delays.

4. Responder Protocol (Bounty System)

Responders are independent contractors, not employees. Verification of "Thank You" tokens is at the sole discretion of the ApexShield verification engine. Responders must adhere to the "Non-Lethal Containment" training or face immediate de-platforming.

5. Subscription & Hardware

Monthly service fees cover RabbitMQ server maintenance, 4G failover data, and the Bounty Pool. Failure to pay may result in the suspension of the "Dispatch" functionality on your device.

6. Investigation Services

All investigative requests are subject to legal vetting. We reserve the right to refuse service if the request violates the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
