Video Data & Encryption
ApexShield employs End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) for all 4-lens camera streams. Video data is processed locally on the Sentinel unit. Cloud storage is optional; if enabled, data is stored in encrypted shards that are inaccessible to ApexShield employees.
Geolocation Tracking
For Responders, we collect precise location data only when the app is in "Active Duty" mode to facilitate rapid dispatch. For Homeowners, location data is used solely to calibrate the nearest response cluster.
KYC & Personal Information
We collect Government IDs and criminal record checks for Responders to maintain network integrity. This data is stored in a secure, air-gapped environment and is never sold to third-party advertisers.
AI Privacy Masking
Our Edge AI is programmed to identify threats (human/vehicle) without permanent facial recognition storage for non-threatening passersby, respecting the privacy of the general public in your neighborhood.
Data Access & Deletion
Users maintain full sovereignty over their data. You may request a full export of your account logs or a permanent deletion of your profile and footage history at any time through the App Command Center.
